According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, a testimony is:

2 a: firsthand authentication of a fact : EVIDENCE b: an outward sign c: a solemn declaration usually made orally by a witness under oath in response to interrogation by a lawyer or authorized public official
3 a: an open acknowledgment b: a public profession of religious experience

The following are testimonies of past and present Lighthouse Christian Academy parents. The names of the students have been redacted to insure their privacy. All testimonies are on file at Lighthouse Christian Academy.

Our daughter left after 9 months and she slipped backwards. Things got very bad pretty quick and we had to trust the Lord. She was given choices and knew what would not be tolerated in our "peaceful" home. Within 2 weeks she came and asked for forgiveness and a 2nd chance. God had won! Her bad attitude was broken and she truly is now serving God. She is a delight to be around and is much appreciated in our home. She is a church member, responsible family member, in college with good grades, holds down a job and is conducting a Bible study in our home. Praise Jesus!
